We Are Excited to Welcome You Back for Another Season

Hello everyone,

 …and welcome back to the 2022 golf season!  We hope you have wintered well.  Some of you have had a chance to get out to the club and play a round this April. The weather as always in April has been uncooperative.  We do look forward to great things ahead. We are excited for a return to a more normal lifestyle where we can enjoy special occasions with our families. Let’s enjoy the outdoors with family and friends.  Our Bistro is open for lunch and dinner, we have some great new menu items on the list and traditional favourites.  We have also planned for a return of live entertainment on the Terrace Fridays starting late June to Labour Day.  Please check your calendars and plan to attend at least one ‘Nine and Dine’ this season.  Great company Great food and the golf is ok too! 

We welcome back many of our staff from past seasons and we welcome all the new faces to the team.  Blair Shenton returns for the second season managing our Bistro. We welcome Amanda Roganowicz as Assistant Bistro Manager.  You will meet Jose Vela and Jan Hemming as part of our Banquets team. Michelle Inglehart is our new Food and Beverage Manager.  They all bring diverse experience as industry professionals; this will contribute to another successful season a RattleSnake Point Golf Club. 

It is with great anticipation we announce our Executive Sous Chef Ryan de Leon has been promoted to Executive Chef for the 2022 season.  Chef Mark Stone has moved on to new opportunities to spend more time with his family.  We wish Mark well.  Our best wishes go out to Ryan as he begins the next step in his culinary career.  Chef Ryan’s experience is filled with training within fine dining restaurants, Quatrefoil and Pasqualino are big on his resume!  He has been with us four seasons, his passion for great food begins with great ingredients! Ryan lives locally in Milton with his wife and two kids, his children participate in Rep baseball making Ryan a proud dad! Many of our culinary team have returned for another new season and will help to contribute to our overall success in the Bistro and member events.  Please take a moment to congratulate Ryan!

I guess that is about it for now, and you are stuck with me for another season J
