POLICY REMINDER: OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PROHIBITED Alcohol not provided by the Club is prohibited on ClubLink property.  Violations of this policy will result in immediate confiscation, request for the Member/Guest to leave the premises, reporting to police (if guest/member driving a vehicle), incident report submitted to corporate office, and the Member will be subject to a suspension or termination of privileges.

*Bring Your Own Wine Endorsements are exempt from this policy.

RAIN CHECK POLICY

For Member Guest rates or reciprocal fees at the Member clubs, the following applies for granting Rain Checks due to inclement weather.

• In the event a person does not complete 5 holes due to inclement weather, the 18-hole value will be issued as a Rain Check
• In the event a person does complete 5 holes but no more than 14 holes 50% of the 18-hole value will be issued as a Rain Check
• In the event a person plays 15 holes or more but less than 18 holes, no Rain Check will be issued.
• The policy applies to Golf Carts.
• All Rain Checks are transferrable between Canadian Clubs. 

* All Rain Checks for guests will be emailed to the Member for use within the 2022 season.
