Welcome Back
We’ve moved beyond the April showers, and although May has brought a little more rain, we’re already looking ahead to a fantastic summer at the club. We’re excited to welcome you back for another great season.
What’s New in Food and Beverage
Halfway House Favourites
Be sure to stop by the Halfway House while you’re practicing or out on the course. We offer a wide variety of snacks and beverages, including the new Coppa Di Gelato—a perfect treat for a warm summer day. Daily features continue to be a favourite, and we also carry a strong selection of ready-to-drink coolers, including Ole, Sandbagger, Cottage Springs, and Cutwater. Robin, Leah, and the team are there to look after you daily from the first tee time until 5 p.m.
Wine and Beverage Features
We’ve recently expanded our wine list and are pleased to introduce Liano Cabernet Sauvignon from Italy and Santa Julia Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina. More new wines will be arriving soon. If you don’t finish your bottle, you’re welcome to Take the Rest Home—we’ll cap it and bag it for you. As always, BYOW remains available in the bistro, with a corkage fee of only $25.
Guinness is back on tap in the Bistro. Known for its deep ruby-red colour and notes of roasted coffee and chocolate, it offers a smooth, balanced flavour with bittersweet character. If you prefer a non-alcoholic option, Guinness Zero is also proving to be a popular choice.
Bistro Menu Highlights
Our full menu is now available with many of your favourite dishes. This season’s featured items include Chicken Tikka Masala and the Smoked Brisket Sandwich.
We’ve recently introduced our Vegetarian and Vegan Menu. A standout option is the Crispy Tofu & Mushroom Bowl, and many other dishes can be adapted to suit your dietary needs.
If you’re in the mood for something sweet, our dessert menu is ready to tempt you. We recommend Coconut Pavlova with lemon curd, blueberries, and almond. We’re also proud to offer a variety of house-made desserts.

Terrace and Gazebo offer a wonderful outdoor dining experience, whether you’re planning dinner for two or bringing the whole family. To reserve your table, please call the Bistro at (905) 878-6222 ext. 2018, or simply drop in. We look forward to seeing you at the club this season.
