New Fall Menu Items

As fall is slowly creeping upon us, we start to say goodbye to the summer produce and get ready for most chef’s favourite season and we get to be real creative in terms of what’s available locally. As always we incorporate the seasonal changes into our menu to keep them interesting and making sure we get what tastes the best right now in terms of what is growing on the farmers’ fields. On a side note make sure to get out and visit the local farmers markets going on, they need our support this year more than ever, and can be a fun morning or afternoon out with the family. Our bistro menu changed this Wednesday and will feature what Ontario has to offer this time of year. See below for a few new items, and looking forward to seeing you on the terrace.
Iceberg Wedge Salad
w/ candied walnuts, pickled apple, smoked beets, blue cheese, radish, herb oil
w/ fried brussels sprouts, balsamic vinegar caramel, maple syrup aioli, hemp seed granola, scallions
w/ sambal aioli, lemon dulse vinaigrette, pea shoots
Roasted Corn Flatbread
w/ oven dried cherry tomatoes, smoked bacon, fior de latte, salsa Verde
w/ hummus, lettuce, tomato, tabbouleh, pickles, garlic sauce
w/ barley & wheat berry salad, Brussel sprout & fennel slaw, maple brown butter vinaigrette.
