Food and Beverage Update

16 JUL 2024

I recently had the opportunity to play golf at Blue Springs Golf Club. The course is located in Acton, 30 minutes north of RattleSnake. It’s a very scenic course, Christine Kumagai, the new Turf superintendent has worked her magic in the last few months. We all miss her here at RattleSnake! Members are raving about course conditions and improvements she has made.  You should consider a round of golf and include a visit to the bistro. Food is fresh and delicious, and the menu offers something for everyone. The traditional pork schnitzel, or Ruben sandwich are very popular. We enjoyed the feature of the day, a watermelon and feta salad with grilled chicken! The patio is quiet and overlooks the driving range.  Ana, Chelsey, Jaden, Olivia provide excellent service. Book a tee time, stay for dinner, you won’t be disappointed!

What’s happening at RattleSnake as we head further into July? We hope to see you and your family at the Generation Cup on Sunday, July 22. Club Championships are not too far off, lets hope for lots of sunshine on August 3, 4 and 5. You don't want to miss our Spanish themed Nine and Dine on Saturday, August 10. Click here to learn more.

Our new summer menu has kicked into gear. Although we are missing some of our spring favourites, we know you will enjoy our new items.  The toasted Ravioli appetizer, Spinach Artichoke flatbread and our Schnitzel are definitely something you should order!  Chef Fernando prepares our desserts in house. The new dessert menu begins this week.  Save room for Vanilla Basque Cheesecake, with Strawberry and Honey Meringue or the Milk Chocolate Tart, with Salted Pistachio and Raspberries!

Live entertainment continues, rain or shine, every Saturday through July and August from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Our outdoor patio, overlooking the golf course is a great way to spend your Saturday evening. Enjoy good company, great food and service with live music. Reservations are recommended.

We hope to see you at the Club very soon.
