RattleSnake Point Weekend Tee Time Policies
It is nice to see the weather begin to improve as we have seemed to crawl towards summer. As we make our way into mid-June, now seems like a great time to go over our weekend and holiday tee time policies. As many of you know, our tee sheets are set up differently on Saturday and Sunday compared to Monday-Friday.
Here are some key things to remember for weekends and holidays.
Before noon:
- We do not allow guest, interclub, Junior, or twilight member play to occur before this time,
- To secure a tee time of 1-4 players before 12pm, you require all players in the reservation to be full RS members when searching
- If you have a TBD in your reservation, The first available tee time given to you will be after at least 12pm.
- The booking window opens 5 days out at 6:30am.
Between 12pm-2pm
- We operate at a 1:1 ratio on weekends and holidays
- This means…
- If you are looking for a foursome or threesome, you require at least two full RS members in the reservation to secure this.
- If you go to reserve a time and you have three TBD’s in the reservation search, The first available tee time given to you will be after at least 2pm.
- We do not allow any Junior Member or Guests in any tee times until 2pm on weekends and holidays.
- The booking window opens 5 days out at 6:30am.
After 2pm:
- At this time, our tee time reservations are exactly like they are Monday-Friday.
- Only the booker’s name is required to be in the reservation to secure a tee time.
- The booking window opens 5 days out at 6:30am.
Quick Tips and Tricks:
Pre Saving Groups
- You can set your groups for future booking to make booking quick and easy
- In tee times plus under the # of players tab - you can input names and save the group. This way when booking for weekends, all you need to do is pick the group instead of searching for names every time.
Selecting the Time:
- Always ensure you are selecting the “closest to” function when booking.
- Selecting the “after” function may move you further away from your desired time.
Checking our member calendar:
- Checking our member calendar will indicate which golf course is our split tee course so you can plan your weekend accordingly.
