RattleSnake Winter Turf Update

20 NOV 2025

Dear Members,

I hope this message finds you well. As we move into the off-season, I wanted to provide an update on several key maintenance projects currently underway across the property.

We have begun repairing and resurfacing a number of cart paths that have deteriorated over time—some from recent construction activity and others that are now more than 25 years old. This work also includes much-needed improvements to the main parking lot, ensuring a smoother and safer experience for members and guests when we reopen in the spring.

Our winter shutdown procedures are also progressing. The turf team has applied our snow mold fungicide program, and we are actively verti-draining and applying a heavy topdressing to the greens to promote healthier surfaces heading into next season.

In addition, we are refreshing key areas around the clubhouse and golf course. The front entrance stonework is being redone to enhance first impressions, and we have begun removing and rebuilding the rock wall located in front of the 6th green on Sidewinder to improve both aesthetics and long-term stability.

We appreciate your continued support as we complete these important projects. These efforts will ensure that the course and facilities remain in excellent condition for the year ahead.

Sincerely,
Bill McAllister
