Exciting New Flavours Coming to the Bistro!

We’re spicing things up at the RattleSnake Bistro! While your favourites are here to stay, our new menu additions are sure to tempt you:

Kick things off with Mushroom Gyozas drizzled in a sweet sesame sauce and paired with a chili crunch slaw. Bite into our Peameal Sandwich stacked with maple aioli, caramelized onions, and cheese curds on a toasted Ace bun. For something hearty, try the Italian Roast Beef Hoagie with slow-roasted beef, mushrooms, giardiniera, and melted provolone.

If BBQ is calling your name, our Half Rack Baby Back Ribs with creamy coleslaw and crisp fries are a must. Or go bold with the Cajun Salmon served over creamy orzo with andouille sausage, roasted tomatoes, fennel, and a rich gumbo sauce.
